Welcome to My Personal Page
Into Heaven Enters An Angel
Bright blue eyes and a giant heart of gold,
a life she shared and many stories she told.
A contagious laugh and a smile so sweet, such
a loving person no one else even competes.
How do you let go of someone who brings so much joy,
the answer is you can't, because memories you can't destroy.
We all know she would be here with us if she could be,
but God has called her home now to join our other family.
We will all be together again someday and hear her voice once more,
until then we will simply dream of her until we are at heavens door.
Memories of sleepovers and having chickenpox,
lots of auntie cuddles and going together on walks.
I will cherish every memory I am so glad we made together,
because those times helped me shape my life-Thank you- forever.
An incredible husband who always made you laugh, you made
me see how life is supposed to be with your other half
I envied you as a mom because you always made it fun, and those
boys made up your heart, they were always number one.
As the daughter you were loved more than words can say, that
home was filled with laughter on any given day.
As a sister were always known as the crazy one,
but if anyone needed you, you did what had to get done.
Friends have always been such an important part of each day,
you cherished every one of them their own special way.
You fought this battle with such beauty, strength and grace,
I am glad that you are now at peace, the pain has gone away.
Please come visit me in my dreams and share new stories with me,
I will be praying each night as I lay my head down to sleep.
Usually when you arrive in heaven is when you get your wings,
but I feel you were an angel on earth, where did you hide those things?
All My Love Always,
Thank you for sharing the words my niece Vanessa wrote about her auntie Kathy, my sister. In the end it was lung cancer that ended Kathy's journey far too soon and it was lung cancer that also took our mom.
I believe that research is the key to beating cancers and discoveries made in one area will ultimately help fight other cancers too. So please donate what you can, my fundraising goes towards Lung Cancer.
OneWalk. One Day. ALL Cancers.

Be a part of my very personal journey - by giving, by walking with me, or simply by sharing my story. Don’t stand back and think about what you could have done! We have the opportunity to change thousands of lives, beginning with our own.
